I am speaking as somebody who’s experienced poor customer service not once but countless times. I remember purchasing a laptop from an electronic shop in my city. The computer worked fine for the first few weeks but suddenly stopped working. Since it had a one-year warranty, I called the store’s customer service line to see if they could have it checked. I tried several times, and the calls went unanswered. Finally, when one of the representatives got on the line, she seemed not to know how to help and ended up putting me on hold.

After several frustrating attempts to get help, I physically took the laptop to the shop. Unfortunately, the staff were still dismissive and unhelpful. Feeling awful is an understatement. I was frustrated, angry, and helpless. This was my work laptop, and I had spent a significant amount on this purchase, and now I was being treated like I didn’t matter.
